Registering for a trade account is easy! Submit your details in the 'Join Us' section of our website. You'll need to upload or email your hair extension certificate or business insurance documentation. We'll activate your account within 24 hours and email you your login credentials.

Possessing a trade account offers several advantages, including: Access to exclusive trade pricing and discounts, enabling you to reduce purchasing costs. The ability to extend competitive prices to your clientele, thereby enhancing the appeal of your business. Early access to new product launches and promotions, ensuring your offerings remain current and engaging. A dedicated support team to provide assistance with any inquiries or concerns.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £200. For orders under £200, delivery is £4.99. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days. Need it faster? Next-day delivery is available for in-stock items ordered before 3 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

Need help with colour matching? We offer a visual service using photos submitted via WhatsApp. While we strive for accuracy, we can't guarantee a perfect match. For the best results, consider purchasing our colour rings.
