You will be required to upload or email your hair extension certificate or business insurance documentation. Account activation typically occurs within 24 hours, at which point you will receive an email containing your login credentials.

4. What is your delivery policy?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £200. Orders under £200 are £4.99 Delivery. The Delivery lead time is 3-5 days. Next-day delivery is available where items are in stock and for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 PM. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following business day.

We are pleased to offer a colour matching visual service utilizing photographs submitted via WhatsApp. While we endeavour to provide accurate matches, it is important to note that this service does not guarantee a perfect match. For a more precise match, we offer colour rings for sale.
