Product Information

All of our hair extensions are made from 100% Premium Remy human hair and are available
in a variety of textures, lengths, and colors. We provide detailed product descriptions and
images so that you can make an informed purchase. In the event you cannot find the colour
you are looking for we offer a customised service.

Pricing and Payment

Our prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, Klarna and PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over £200. Orders under £200 are £4.99 delivery charge and orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed and delivered within 3-5 business days. For next day (subject to stock availability) delivery orders must be received before 3pm Monday - Friday and will be delivered by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. We provide tracking information so that you can track your order's progress. AKK hair accept no responsibility for late delivery during bank holidays or in the event postal strikes.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair extensions must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or damaged hair extensions.
