AKKHair Extensions Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AKKHair website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website immediately.

2. User Conduct
You may not use this website to cause harm or disrespect to any individuals connected with or using the website. This includes, but is not limited to, any harmful, illegal, abusive, or harassing behaviour.

3. Registration and Account Holder Responsibilities
a. You agree that you, the account holder, are the sole user of your account.
b. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
c. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your personal data to ensure effective communication.

4. Suspension and Cancellation
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purpose, or you breach any of these terms and conditions. You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing kelly@akkhair.co.uk

5. Limitation of Liability
AKKHair will not be liable to you for any losses arising out of circumstances beyond our control.

6. After-Care Advice
See website for aftercare advice. The use of toners, hair dyes, purple shampoos, or other colour products against our after-care instructions is not a valid reason for us to accept returns, replacements, or refunds. Changes in colour, such as brass or pink tones, resulting from chemical reactions with products you have used on the hair are your responsibility.

7. Hair Care Instructions
We do not recommend wearing the hair in saunas, steam rooms, or during head massages, as these can cause bond breakdown, slippage , or discoloration. Always keep the hair away from seawater.

8. Complaints
In the event of a complaint, we will only correspond with the account holder who purchased the hair. All complaints must be directed via email to kelly@akkhair.co.uk. Any complaints will be responded to within 48hours.

9. Lifespan of the Hair
The lifespan of the hair is estimated at 12 months, provided that the correct after-care, as outlined by AKK Hair, is followed. Please note that hair weight may vary due to manufacturing processes, with a possible variance of plus or minus in grams. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
