We offer free shipping on all orders over £200. Orders under £200 are £4.99 delivery fee.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed (subject to availability) and delivered within 3-5 business days. For next day delivery orders must be received before 3pm Monday - Friday and will be delivered by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Please note only items in stock are available for Next Day Delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair extensions must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or damaged hair extensions. Please contact us before processing a return.
